Delivery Policy

Orders for in-stock items placed before 10:00am for Next Day Delivery are usually despatched the same day, when paid for by MasterCard, Visa, Delta or Switch, (Next Day Delivery Service is only available Monday to Thursday) Orders for Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) will be despatched within 48 hours of receiving an order. We aim to hold stocks of all products shown on our website, however at times of exceptional demand or when stock is limited, delays may occur. At such times, please allow 28 days for delivery. We will advise you of any expected delays at the time of ordering.

When you spend 125.00 or more on feed you will qualify for FREE local delivery. For feed purchases there are 2 options, click & collect or delivery by our van if you live within a 15 mile radius. If you are outside the delivery area please call us on 01258 473336 to discuss your options.

We are sorry but we don't ship outside the UK and deliveries to Northern Ireland , the Highlands and Islands may have a surcharge applied to cover the additional cost of the courier.
